Dupont Branch of ACPL to Close Temporarily Beginning Feb. 28 for Construction

(FORT WAYNE, IN) – The Dupont Branch of the Allen County Public Library will close due to roof replacement beginning Wednesday, February 28 through Saturday, March 2. No other branches are impacted. The branch will reopen Monday, March 4.

During the closure, patrons will have no access to the Dupont building. This includes book browsing, meeting rooms, study rooms, programs, computers, or donation drop-offs. Curbside service for holds pick-ups will be available from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Dupont patrons may also use any other ACPL location for full library services. The Library’s 24/7 digital library is also available.

The roof replacement construction began in early February and has continued with minimal impact to library services. However, the location of the current phase of construction necessitates the closure.

If patrons have questions, or need assistance, they can call (260) 421-1200.
