The Story Behind the Branch

Located in northern Allen County, the Dupont Branch serves a large and rapidly growing portion of our community. This is a bustling branch that has very high circulation and also has the highest number of holds throughout the entire library system. Due to the high number of holds, the Dupont Branch is the first, and currently the only, branch to feature outdoor holds lockers for patrons to pick up their holds 24/7.

Inside the branch, patrons will find a large skylight, two study rooms and a large meeting room, as well as public use computers, copier, scanner, and fax machine. The branch has designated areas for both children and teens, and offers a wide variety of programming from weekly storytimes to monthly craft programs, and even informational programs for all ages.
